Laying the foundation stone

Establishment of Fortaweld Ltd, rebranded as Fortek Mauritius in 2014. As a subsidiary of Forges Tardieu, Fortaweld is the exclusive representative of Soudure Autogene Française (SAF) and distributes a wide array of welding equipment and industrial gases.

Partnering with Rey & Lenferna

The acquisition of Forges Tardieu, Fortaweld’s parent company, by Rey & Lenferna opens new avenues, as it expands the company’s reach and capabilities.

Rebranding & Expansion

Fortaweld is rebranded as Fortek Mauritius and joins Forges Tardieu’s commercial activities, leading to a significant expansion in our product offerings and consolidation of its market presence.
